The privacy policy describes the way in which INFO MOZAIK handles the information and data that you have shared with us in order to provide you with the best service when you visit our office building MOZAIK OFFICE and our website.
Personal data that you have provided to us (either in our office building or through our website, user interface, or some other channels) or that we have in our possession will be processed in the manner and for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. The collection and processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws on personal data protection, especially in accordance with the Act on the implementation of General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette 42/18) and regulations that will replace or amend the said regulation in the future, for example the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation).

2. Personal data collected. The purpose of collecting and processing personal data. The period for which personal data is collected.
We process your personal data to the extent necessary for the protection of persons and property or for other processing purposes, in particular:
2.1 For security purposes and for the purpose of protecting our property, we can process video recordings of your face, taken in our office building, and inspect your identification document when entering or leaving a protected area. Personal data will be processed for the duration necessary to fulfil the reason for processing, up to a maximum of 30 days.
3. To whom we disclose your personal data.
Your personal data may be disclosed to reliable third parties who provide us with administrative or technical support, or processors. We may also share your personal information with public or law enforcement authorities if necessary to comply with legal requirements, with external advisors and with other personnel who have an obligation to keep data confidential.
Only a limited number of our employees will have access to your personal information. Employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and adhere to measures implemented to strictly protect their confidentiality.

5. Storage of your personal data.
We retain your personal data for the duration necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing, i.e. usually for the period of performance of the contractual relationship or for the duration prescribed by applicable laws, i.e. legitimate interests. In cases where we process your personal data based on your consent, such personal data will be processed for the duration of your consent, which you may revoke or limit at any time. If you do so, we will stop processing personal data for the purpose for which you have withdrawn your consent.
6. Social network features
Our website may include social network features, such as Facebook or Twitter buttons. These features may collect certain information about visitors to our website, such as IP address or browsing history, and may place cookies on visitors’ browsers. Please note that the processing of collected data is governed by the policies of the social network operators and therefore this Privacy Policy does not apply.
